They always look out for the customer. Since I got my 2007 Toyota Prius a few years ago I've been taking my car here. They've always been upfront and honest with me. I had a list of things that needed fixed and they broke it down from what was the most important to what could wait. They never try to scare me into getting things done. They give me a price before any repairs to make sure it's okay. They're always patient and answer my questions. If you have to wait for your car to be done they have a comfortable area to sit with Wi-fi, TV and snacks / water. Everyone I've interacted with has always been very respectful and nice. More

He’s always great with letting me know exactly what’s going on with my truck no matter how small. He’s very knowledgeable of Tacoma’s and I genuinely trust his recommendations on maintenance. I had to bring my vehicle in for a major frame replacement recall. Being such a large project, I was hesitant. Jeremy explained to me everything in detail on what was going to be replaced and ensured my baby would be in the hands of a specialized team trained specifically for this job. He and this team did not disappoint! Jeremy went beyond his job requirements and took pictures of my truck, showing me the removal and replacement of the frame for me! THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS FINEST!! Pearson as a whole offers a welcoming environment! When waiting on services, it is a guarantee Ron and Greg will stop and chat with me. More
Recent service I have never really had any problems with this dealership for the 5+ years I've delt with them. Until my last appointment. I scheduled the appointment I have never really had any problems with this dealership for the 5+ years I've delt with them. Until my last appointment. I scheduled the appointment online( 8cly oil change) for my wife's suv and she dropped it off for service. The next morning we went out somewhere in her suv and I noticed the service statement/receipt on the dash, so of course looked it over. I was startled that price we paid was double than I was expecting and of course my wife just thought that was the norm. Cutting to the chase the service advisor said none of the online appt data transferred over in the system so there was no record of what her appointment was for. I'm my opinion the service advisor took advantage of the situation and recommended services that weren't need and used technical terms to confuse my wife. We just wanted a oil change but ended up getting the 10k mile maintenance which was over double the price. I know it's not alot of money, just a bit over $100, but I can imagine this happens to other women and they get taken for $100s or even $1000s. Hopefully this is not a regular occurrence at this dealership. More
New Frame! Josh ( Service Writer ) kept me updated throughout my frame recall process. I have a 2005 Tacoma X-runner with lots of modifications and he, along wit Josh ( Service Writer ) kept me updated throughout my frame recall process. I have a 2005 Tacoma X-runner with lots of modifications and he, along with a Master Technician, explained to me what parts I should remove to expedite the frame replacement once it arrived at the dealer. The communication was exceptional and the all around experience was great! I WILL be visiting Pearson Toyota with any future service needs, parts, or vehicle purchase! More

After a test drive we negotiated what I thought was a very good price and we drove the car home. We never felt pressured. I was told I would receive a loaner car everytime I had to service my Hylander. This was a false statement- when I called to set my appointment up the lady that scheduled it did not assure me I would have one, saying I would have to check when I brought my car in. When I got there, Josh the service rep (whom was very nice) said they could not fulfill my request. Frustrated with false promises. More
