First Time Visit - Very Impressed I had a tight deadline (State Inspection about to expire) and a sick person at home, so I could not be away from home very long. I used the web to get a 7:30am appointment and confirmed it by phone. When I arrived the following morning, at 7:30 sharp the service door opened and the staff was ready to help customers. My Service Rep, Jeff Neise was courteous and professional and took extra time, since I was a "first time" customer, to explain the Person procedures to me and to answer my questions. He was aware of my need to return home as quickly as possible. Within an hour the job was done and I was on the way home. For the past 8 years we have been traveling back and forth to the dealership where we purchased our vehicle. It was a 3 hour roundtrip and a long wait in between for the actual service. But, no more - we are switching to Pearson for all of our service. Better service, more knowledgeable mechanics and service reps, clean and spacious waiting rooms, and efficient, helpful cashier. All good! More

I know business with dealerships when your vehicle needs servicing can often bring anxiety and the thought of " here goes my $$$$$!" This wasn't the case with Pearson today. Mr. Guimond took the extra time to research my warranty coverage to see if it applied to my truck's problem. He did this on his own and advised me of my coverage. He didn't have to do this but Chris took that extra initiative to help a customer. And that's what it's about in any service industry. This employee made this customer happy.
