Nailed It! I was a little bit worried when I recently received a warranty recall notice in the mail from Toyota. I followed and instructions and called Pearson I was a little bit worried when I recently received a warranty recall notice in the mail from Toyota. I followed and instructions and called Pearson Toyota to see what needed to be done. They got me an appointed for the inspection within a couple of days at a time that was convenient for me. When I arrived, I got right in and they told me if the inspection confirmed there was a problem, they had the parts on site and would be able to replace the defective parts at a time of my convenient to me. I adjourned to their ample customer lounge where they provided complimentary coffee, water, sodas, and/or snacks of my choosing. Within an hour, they reported that the inspection revealed my vehicle indeed had the problem and they could replace the defective parts immediately or reschedule at a later date. They said it would take a couple of hours and they nailed it. Couldn't be more pleased. More
