Excellent as always John was a customer of mine years ago. My husband was looking for a Toyota and I remembered John worked at Pearson Toyota. We went to see him and he had exactly what he was looking for. From then on my husband always goes to see him and he takes very good care of him. My husband has purchased three trucks from him. This was the first car that I have purchased from him. This car was a little more than what I was looking for but he was able to make it happen. They always take good care of us. When we go to see John we feel like family. We have worked with him since right after our daughter was born. She will be driving in two years and I can guarantee he will be the one who we buy her car from. Great customer service.
