Because of the time of day (mid-afternoon) and the time required to perform the service I decided to leave the car overnight. At around 6pm, Heather called to let me know that the car was ready and could be picked up at any time, which I decided to do the next day. State Inspection-Oil and Filter Change-Gasket Replacement We dropped off our 2011 Toyota Highlander for its Annual VA State Inspection. We also had the Filter and Oil changed since it was withing a few hundre We dropped off our 2011 Toyota Highlander for its Annual VA State Inspection. We also had the Filter and Oil changed since it was withing a few hundred miles of needing it completed. I had them check the Rear Hatchback Window Gasket because it was loose. It ended up needing to be replaced so the Gasket has been ordered and will be installed in a day or two My Service Tech, Heather did another amazing job of getting everything taken care of in a few hours.
