I tried several other dealers and I felt I was getting the run around, with vague comments like come in and we will give you the best deal, etc. Kristin lets me know what my options were for cars on the lot or an order, and was completely straight with me on pricing, price to drive off the lot, etc. She was the only one. When I complemented her on that she said her supervisors tell her to be completely transparent with the customers. That alone is enough to make me extremely predisposed to bu a car from Pearson. I trust her and I appreciate the respect as a customer. Love my new Prius V. More
