Buying new car I had been to about 5 other dealerships (and this one once) but was turned off due to somewhat pushy salesman and feeling like I was being taken advan I had been to about 5 other dealerships (and this one once) but was turned off due to somewhat pushy salesman and feeling like I was being taken advantage of. The thing I liked most about my experience was that on the second time, Gregory came out to ask if we had any questions. I never felt hassled or pressured, and made it clear I was only looking. He seemed very understanding and was really knowledgeable about the vehicles I asked about. My appraisal was done quickly, (unlike another dealership where I had to go twice and then wait for a callback) and I received a fair trade in value for my car. He and Carl both worked with me to get me some perks so I felt like I was getting a good deal on my car. (He also gave me time to talk to my parents in private to discuss my options.). I was even torn between the new RAV4 and the Tacoma, but he didn't even try to sell me the more expensive vehicle, which was refreshing. He also stayed late (3 hours past the time he was off) and when it came to pick the vehicle up, he did a thorough walk through and stayed again to explain the car gadgets to me. I'd recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle, he makes you feel like an instant friend. :). Also, he offers free (by hand) car washes 3 days a week at no charge. More

Service Department You need to train your 'new' service writers in customer relations. I was told the service I was having performed took approx. an hour and ten minutes You need to train your 'new' service writers in customer relations. I was told the service I was having performed took approx. an hour and ten minutes. At the 1.5hour mark I went looking for the service writer. She said they had to run a procedure twice and mine would be next out. At the 2 hour I asked again where my vehicle was and she said it would be coming down off the rack shortly. The service writers you had before would have made a point of coming back to the customer immediately when there was a possible delay. I had to go and find the service writer twice. That's not the way to do business. Thank you. More
