This was our second new car purchase at Pearson and it has been nothing but top notch from our two sales people, Celeste and Ben to management, Marty! We always get treated with the utmost respect and they make the car buying experience the best, to include the delicious complimentary can of mixed nuts after the sell! However, we were a bit disappointed with the courtesy of the service department when we mistakenly went there for the Sentinel treatment. Three service department employees were a bit rude in redirecting us when all they had to do was tell us where we needed to go in a polite manner. More

7 hours for a 3 hr max repair! I had a 10 am appointment for a repair that was estimated 2 -3 hours and I, after calling 3 times, wasn't able to pick up my car until close to 5pm! I I had a 10 am appointment for a repair that was estimated 2 -3 hours and I, after calling 3 times, wasn't able to pick up my car until close to 5pm! If someone has an appointment, the dealership should keep it! People have to arrange their days around things like this and it completely screwed my entire day! I'm pretty sure I was not their priority because they were replacing an item on my car that Toyota had a "campaign" for; not a true recall, just an identified issue. Why do I think this? Because this is the second time this happened! The first time was for a different "campaign". The Customer Service Rep. tried to quell the situation by giving me a free car wash. It wasn't his fault. He can't force them to work on my car! Utterly disappointed! I'm not even sure if I will use this dealer for any further maintenance on my vehicle. More

The whole process was smooth , and professional, and while they did not have the exact vehicle on the lot they quickly located one and it was on the lot in a couple of days.
