Jaymes came out to check on me, ended up selling me a Camry on the spot. My experience with Pearson since that moment has all been top-notch. The service department is excellent and I have purchased two other cars through Jaymes, the most recent being a 2017 Forerunner. He worked the deal fast and got it within my budget. More

The removal and cleaning of all the bits of tape and glue could have been better, especially around where the top of the windows meet the door frame. More
Friendly & ease, compare pricing Our sales person was Celeste. She was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and not pushy. She answered our questions and made sure the cars were ready for test drive. After the paperwork was done she took her time to explain the new car to us. We were very pleased with her and can highly recommend her. The business manager who took care of the paperwork was also pleasant to work with, no pressure at all. We took one star off because of the way Pearson handled their pricing with us. Without going into any details we started to feel somewhat uncomfortable during the process which took about 3 days. We received a better price from another dealer. Pearson matched it, thank you for that. In the end we bought the car @ Pearson because of our sales person Celeste who had put in quite some time and effort plus they matched the price. Without matching it we would have bought the car at the other dealership in Gloucester. They were very straight forward and always on the ball but again, Pearson matched the price, Celeste was a pleasure to work with and we did all our test driving at Pearson. Guess it's all about being fair. More

Just what I wanted and needed I got an oil change in a timely manner, along with a list of recommended maintenance options, each priced, for my reference. friendly and courteous My car had to be towed in, and was received quickly and efficiently. They repair was diagnosed and repair scheduled,there seemed to be a long time for My car had to be towed in, and was received quickly and efficiently. They repair was diagnosed and repair scheduled,there seemed to be a long time for a part to arrive. The initial repair was completed and they recommend that the battery be replaced battery, they replaced the battery but didn't reset clock or maintain memory during the exchange. In addition, they broke trim completing the dash recall campaign and did not disclose damage to dash trim, that is unsatisfactory. It would be better if they called earlier when the car available or information needs to be relayed ot the customer. On several occasions they call after 6pm to let you know the car is ready to pick up or update the status of the repair. A call earlier in the day would be more help. Overall if find this dealership generally competent and the price is competitive with independent shops. More

My 2017 Toyota Highlander purchase experience Really felt welcome to Pearson Toyota as soon as my wife and I walked into the showroom being greeted by one of the sales managers and one of his sale Really felt welcome to Pearson Toyota as soon as my wife and I walked into the showroom being greeted by one of the sales managers and one of his sales associates Kristin White. After test driving a RAV4 and a Highlander with Kristin, the choice between the two vehicles was very easy to make as the Highlander met every need I wanted / was looking for and then some! The Highlander really sold itself to me with all the amenities that were included in the limited edition package especially after seeing the Shoreline Blue Highlander with light gray interior that was on the lot that I didn't even test drive. Wow what a beautiful vehicle!! Want to give a special thank you to everyone involved in the purchase process of my 2017 Highlander for being so gracious, courteous, knowledgeable, and honest especially Kristin White and James Roth. Probably the best vehicle buying experience I've ever been thru. More
