No trust in their service How can they ever regain my trust? Some how transmission fluid appeared on my transmission pan whether it was left there as part of the transmission How can they ever regain my trust? Some how transmission fluid appeared on my transmission pan whether it was left there as part of the transmission service I had or perhaps somehow got splashed up onto the pan when rolling thru a transmission fluid puddle. Just that after that transmission service every time I went for service they claimed my transmission had a leak and offered to upsell a transmission service on my Camry. This continued for many service appointments and each time I declined. If my transmission was leaking fluid I would expect to see evidence on my pristine driveway. I got tired of the upselling and went to the auto parts store and bought the engine cleaner spray can, jacked up the front of the car, and cleaned the transmission fluid off myself. Ever since then Pearson Toyota mechanics have not ever mentioned the transmission leak. Somehow it must of fixed itself. Now I wonder if the water pump they upsold me, or the motor mounts that broke and were upsold to me, or the valve cover gasket upsold to me or anything else they have ever upsold was legitimate or not. If transmission fluid that simply needs wiping off equals to recommending repairs then what other repair upselling was truly needed? When I buy my next Toyota I will consider Pearson Toyota last. More

Buying a Prius from Pearson Toyota. My first visit to Pearson Toyota on Friday October 20 was a pleasant experience. I was greeted by Samuel Salter who was very informed about the vehic My first visit to Pearson Toyota on Friday October 20 was a pleasant experience. I was greeted by Samuel Salter who was very informed about the vehicle I was interested in: a light colored fully equipped Toyota Prius. He showed me several and I settled on a white ("Blizzard Pearl") 2017 Prius Four. I asked many questions and he answered them. He appears to be an expert on the Prius. I drove it with him and left for a short lunch break. When I returned I had more questions which he answered. I had my van appraised and decided to trade it in on the Prius. Mr. Salter helped me move my things to the Prius and helped me remove my kayak rack from my van. I forgot the EZ-Pass in the van and called him after I got home. We arranged for me to return on Monday to get it. I had a long list of questions about my new Prius and he took the time to answer them. Mr. Salter rates 5 out of 5 stars. Early in my visit Gregory Sewell, the agent at the central counter, was most pleasant and helpful with information about the specific vehicle I was interested in. He printed a sheet with full details. During the long process to finalize the sale I met Shannon Santiago who was fully informed about the extra service features available such as undercoating, paint sealer, etc. The fourth and final person I met was Walter Powers who went over many details again, had me sign many documents, and we finalized the sale. Later I realized that I should have asked for copies of each of those documents. I drove away knowing that I will return for service. I look forward to meeting more of the crew at Pearson Toyota. More

Lamar Mouling was the salesperson, with whom I asked my questions, which he was able to answer and make me feel comfortable with what I was considering to do. He was very helpful in explaining the Highlander and how the different "apps" work. More

The folks at Pearson Toyota could not have been more helpful. Within 10 days they found the exact 4Runner we wanted and had it ready to go. Everyone at the dealership was professional and pleasant, and willing to help with our dilemma , i.e. picking out the car we wanted, arranging our funding, dealing with insurers regarding the damaged car, etc. Our salesman Jason Landen was exceptional. He had the answers to our questions and the answers to some questions we did not know to ask! He was available to us throughout the process and always willing. Walter Powers in the financial office of Pearson was great too. He summed up all the provisions of our deal as well as explained the various warranty programs, etc. We're glad we dealt with Pearson and we will continue to do so. More

Bought a new used car. I bought a new used car. I wasn't planning on buying a car but my current car was high mileage and was needing some costly maintenance. Lamar helped I bought a new used car. Lamar helped me go through the numbers to include trade in and sticker cost and we came up with something I could accept. The car I bought had approximately 200,000 miles less wear and tear at an affordable price. More
