Met the requirements for service. A 3 star rating for average service. My car needed a 30,000 mileage service which included the basic oil, fluid top off, and inspection. There was an A 3 star rating for average service. My car needed a 30,000 mileage service which included the basic oil, fluid top off, and inspection. There was an inspection for free on the service page so it was interesting that i paid labor for that charge. My car (new in 2015 with only 30,000 miles on it ) needed tires which was quite aggravating and the dealership offered no price deal on the tires but noted recommending $1,200 to replace all of them which is extremely high if you are familiar with the price of tires. There is always someone offering tire deals so to pay more than full price is rediculous. Also, when i got my car back, there was no cover mats on the floor or seat and the old sticker was still in the windshield with the old mileage on it and never replaced. I guess i'll go to the dealership in Williamsburg next time for a service. Its not like there is a shortage of dealerships to choose from. More
