heavily leaking oil pan Dear Mr. Oquendo, This is in regards to the service I received on my 2003 Highlander on February 3, 2018. I originally scheduled an appointment fo Dear Mr. Oquendo, This is in regards to the service I received on my 2003 Highlander on February 3, 2018. I originally scheduled an appointment for a standard oil change. On the 3rd, a service tech called me and stated they noticed a leak in my oil pan when they did the multi-point inspection . At that time, I gave them authorization to repair the leak. After the fact, I realized that I had not seen any evidence of any oil leaks on my driveway. When I picked up the car, I questioned the Mr. Wolfe about the leak. We referred to the invoice and noticed that it said "leaking heavily." I asked Mr. Wolfe if I would have noticed this prior to bringing my vehicle in for the oil change. Mr. Wolfe stated that the oil leaks out when driving. I called and questioned a head mechanic at another dealership, and he said that if my oil pan was "leaking heavily" I definitely would have noticed oil in my driveway. It doesn't just start all at once. My confidence and trust in your service department is now questionable. Did my car really need an additional $360.00 service, or did I get scammed? On February 6th, I tried calling a manager at the Toyota service department. The secretary said he was out of the office, but was in the building and would return my call ASAP. I have yet to receive a phone call. Today, I received your email requesting me to respond to a survey. I called to speak to you, and was told you were out of the office. She wanted to get a manager immediately, but I declined and decided to email you directly with my concern. I appreciate you taking time out of your busy schedule to look into and respond to my concern. Thank you, Mark Gresik More

Poor Service I took my vehicle in for check engine light. they charged me $253.00 to replace a sensor.. A week later the check engine light is back on. Take my truck back in for service, they said it was the other sensor and it will be another $253.00. WHAT A RIP OFF More

A very hard working dealership I could not find the truck I wanted locally and saw that Pearson had one in stock. I put an info request online in the early evening on a Saturday. Donna contacted me after hours to let me know the vehicle was indeed in stock and would make sure the truck was ready for me to look at the next day. I drove 3 hours down to the dealership ( a bit worried that some snag would make me waste a 6 hour round trip) but NO SNAGS !!! truck was perfect, The sales manager Shannon was awesome and my salesperson Lyndon was knowledgeable about the cars features and very friendly providing me with many tasty snacks ( thanks it was a long drive) . Finally after deciding to purchase the truck Walter in the finance department took care of me and set me up with a great financing rate , and this dealership even automatically extended my drive train warrantee to 10 years!!! Highly recommend these guys !!! More
