He was very professional and spent a lot of time with us. In the end we bought the car that day and picked it up in 3 days. Nigel had all the knowledge to navigate all the paperwork with the purchase and our trade in of our old car. He provided a car loan for us while the new car was prepped. On the day of the new car pick up, he helped us with all the electronics and made sure we were comfortable driving it off the lot. In end we were very happy and will feel comfortable calling him again with questions. It was the easiest car buying experience we have had ever.
