Outsanding Service I finally decided to stop spending money in repairs on a very old car.. I felt intimidated about the whole shopping for a newer car idea. A co-worker I finally decided to stop spending money in repairs on a very old car.. I felt intimidated about the whole shopping for a newer car idea. A co-worker said " try Pearson". I did , and I am so happy I did. This is where the most pleasant sales person named Carlanda began the most dreaded process of the application and looking at cars.with me. I explained to Carlanda how unsure I was feeling about my ability to get approved, how much I dreaded this entire process. Carlanda reassured me that everything would be fine. She showed me vehicles within my desired price range, all the while I kept expressing my uncertainty of being approved. She remained professional and attentive to my craziness. There was also Anthony, who was unaware of what Carlanda had to deal with when I walked into the dealership.. He was supportive to his co-worker and calming to me with his smile and bubbly smile.. I began to calm my nerves. The sales manager Shannon and James in finance were also very pleasant . Everyone I dealt with was professional, pleasant and smiled . I felt like I was the only customer in the entire showroom. The easiest car buying experience in forty years of purchasing vehicles. This team that you have at this location is awesome beyond words. I am so thankful to Carlanda and everyone that I met . More
75K service for 2009 Sienna Everything was good from intake, to discussion of service required with maintenance rep, to the length of time require to accomplish the service. Only issue, and it is not a big one, was the fact that I was asked for ID when presenting my credit card payment. That at least used to be prohibited by law. I complied, but not many other places ask for your ID when you pay with a credit card. Small thing, but overall service was outstanding. More

They were tons of help, funny, and were really helpful when it came to picking out the perfect vehicle and I cannot thank them enough. I LOVE MY NEW CAMRY !!!!! I will be sure to send everyone I know looking for a vehicle to Pearson in Newport News just because I know they will get the best deal and a vehicle they will love. More

We met with Greg Sewell, Sales Manager at Pearso My wife and I were looking for a 2018 Avalon XLE with very few left available at the end of the year. We met with Greg Sewell, Sales Manager at Pearson Toyota NN, VA. who took time attempting to locate one for us but in the end could not get his hands on any as the dealerships that still had those cars locked them up in reserve. Greg then handed us a list of those competitive dealerships so we had an opportunity to contact them directly. That's a salesman more interested in the customer than his own sales numbers. Thanks Greg. I won't be driving to New Jersey to make a deal, but I won't forget your assistance in giving us that option. I will send anyone I know looking for a Toyota your way. More
Empty promises I purchased a 2017 tacoma a week ago. My sales man was very nice. It was late sunday when i purchased so we were a bit rushed. On my way home i notice I purchased a 2017 tacoma a week ago. My sales man was very nice. It was late sunday when i purchased so we were a bit rushed. On my way home i noticed a small star crack in the window and further inspection when i got home showed a nail in the tire. I contacted my sales agent who was super nice and said bring it back tuesday. Tuesday moring at 945am i arrived. Theu stated they wod detail the truck, look at windshield and after looking at the tire, the service man said it needed to be replaced. They even gave me a rental up until 4pm. Im so impressed at this point. Well 4pm rolls around and i havent heard anything so i go back to dealership. My car has not been detailed, windshield never looked at and nail was pulled out the tire and not patched or replaced. Now i have to buy a brand new tire. If you tell someone these items will be addressed they need to be addressed. So after spending 36k there, i now have to file a insurance claim to fix windshield and buy a brand new tire because it has a leak in it and i have to keep filling kt with air. I am not impressed with broken promises. if theu never intended to fix the tire or windshield thats fine but they should not have told me they would, same with detailing. More

It's less than 4 months later and I'm still thrilled that Ron made this possible. Ron is a very open and honest person. He took so much extra time to help me find answers for all my amateur questions and track down the exact interior/exterior pairing I was looking for. Pearson got me financing, an affordable monthly payment, and a warranty that makes every worry dissapear. By the time I was finishing the closing paperwork, snow had begun to accumulate outside. So they gave me the keys to a Tacoma to drive home in the storm, then delivered my car the next day to me at work! The work environment here is professional, yet playful. Thanks Ron for making a usually stressful process so easy and unintimidating. I've since recommended Ron to friends who are now proud members of the Pearson family as well. More
