Got the repair done the next week. arrived a little early and was actually paying the cashier 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment time.! Silver Team manager Jeremy was polite and informative. the only reason I didn't give this a five star was because the young man who was doing the intake paperwork never said a word to me while I was waiting, even after he finished the car ahead of me. He finally came back out and took my info, but it would have been nice if he acknowledged my and told me what the intake procedure was.The rating below refers to jeremy wolfe, not the intake guy. No feedback while days long repair was being done. No rental car or loaner car offered until it was too late to matter. Cashier would not accept check plus credit card for payment. (POLICY= only accept CASH + credit card.) if you have a $30,000+ car you will be treated with respect; if you have an “old’ Toyota, and have a 30 year record with Denbigh/Pearson, you are a flea biting their necks. He answered all of our questions very truthfully and professionally. It was indeed a pleasure working with him. I was somewhat concerned about the manner in which the Business Office handled my "deposit" but that was cleared up and of no fault of Mr. Ray's. We love our new car! My husband and I came to buy a new car, we had our 2 year old with us. We were dreading this visit.
