Once I found what I was interested in I headed up there to check them out. I was greeted warmly by the staff and wasn't rushed with my decision like some salesman tend to do. I was able to move at my own pace and pick out the vehicle I wanted. Overall I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend and looking for a quality vehicle to stop by. #thisplaceisawesome More
Utter Incompetence I purchased a 2012 Ford Fusion (with only 51k mi or so) from Pearson Pre-Owned in early August 2015. Within 2 days the check transmission/powertrain l I purchased a 2012 Ford Fusion (with only 51k mi or so) from Pearson Pre-Owned in early August 2015. Within 2 days the check transmission/powertrain light came on and the transmission was jerky and problematic. I brought the vehicle in to the service dept no less than three times in the next 4 weeks, and every time I was told there were "no issues" or that they "recharged" the transmission. Andy, the salesperson who sold me the vehicle, is very nice and has done his best. But, the transmission/powertrain light is still coming on and the transmission is still not functioning properly. The service dept does not communicate with the rest of Pearson Pre-Owned, and so none of the reps can ever tell me what sort of work was done on the car--I have to speak to the service dept directly. Now that 30 days have passed, I'm told I have to take the car to Pearson Hyundai, who, in turn, told me I should make an appointment with Sheehy Ford. The entire situation is a mess and Pearson Pre-Owned has been nothing but trouble and excuses. I strongly advise against doing any business with them. More
I purchased 2 used vehicles from Pearson pre-owned. Within 6 months, I have had to take in one of my vehicles into the shop twice because the check engine light came on. I was "taken to the cleaners" w Within 6 months, I have had to take in one of my vehicles into the shop twice because the check engine light came on. I was "taken to the cleaners" when they told me what was wrong and instead of paying close to a thousand dollars (which is what they said it would cost to fix it) I paid a few hundred at another auto shop. I even pay extra a month to get their "high-end" warranty. What a crock! Don't shop here unless you want to have issues. Their customer service is horrible and my wife has been treated rudely and even hung up on by their staff, simply for trying to get in touch with the service department. More
This dealership employs a bunch of incompetent, pathological liars. Shane has repeatedly lied to us concerning the simple repairs of our newly purchased used vehicle. Each passing day we have been met by more lies and more incompetence. To detail them all here would take too much space. As of today they have STILL not completed repairs/incompetent breakages of my car. My trust level of this dealership and it's employees is 0, if not a negative number. If you are looking to buy a used car, do not come to Pearson PreOwned, in fact run far, far away. More
