I took both of our cars for service February 9 and not even two weeks later one of my cars had a dead battery and I had specifically told Brian Collins to check the battery because there were issues a yea even two weeks later one of my cars had a dead battery and I had specifically told Brian Collins to check the battery because there were issues a year or two ago nevertheless, AAA had to come they lifted up the cap and there was a lot of corrosion. I ended up having to replace the battery for $270 and Nissan service. Multiple point inspections could have avoided this not only that I was charged over $970 for services and I’m wondering if any of them are really necessary besides the usual oil and filter change ? Usually, I have a great service experience at Ocala Nissan, but this time I was disappointed. More
