As a customer for a VERY long time I will no longer becoming to this Nissan location… yesterday I had a oil change that Vanessa stated would take no more than 1 hour… this was at 130.. I did not get my becoming to this Nissan location… yesterday I had a oil change that Vanessa stated would take no more than 1 hour… this was at 130.. I did not get my car back until 330pm! I had spoken with Cristina and the man that was checking in the cars at this time… they told me the mechanic stated 15 more minutes… this was at 3pm!!! I did not get out of there until 330. There was no communication from my advisor on what was happening. I will no longer be a customer anymore. More
