Didn't do their job fully I went down today to have my oil changed, topping off all fluids is part of that service. They straight up lied to me. I even asked for a courtesy car bc I had my toddler w me and they said no we don't do that unless it's an emergency. Every other Nissan I have been to never told me no ! As a consumer, when you tell me 2:30 I expect the car to be in the service bay within a few minutes. Appointments are meaningless when warranty work is to be done. I was ripped off today! I have been so happy with having my car serviced at Pearson Nissan in the past - my service consultant was Brian and he never 'ripped me off'! He was always up front and advised if the work was necessary! Today "Robert Ward" was introduced to me as Brian is no longer with the company and I told him all I wanted was an oil change! He called me after I had dropped off my car and advised I needed this, this and this! I asked was it necessary and he said yes! So I felt I had to say get it done! I bring home the invoice and a colleague, who has an understanding of mechanics, who advises I was fully and absolutely ripped off. These items were not needed and the invoice states that I received a written estimate which is not true! Brian has always taken good care of me. Robert Ward indicated work needed to be done which I am now being told was not necessary by my colleagues! I will be sure to be talking to all my business colleagues in both Ocala and The Villages! I certainly be advising the BBB of your tactics! More

Scotty rescheduled my oil change and I was still late due to traffic. When I arrived, he was gracious, personally showed me around the new building, got me coffee and they did a full oil change and lube wit to traffic. After calling to get some help about linking my new phone to the Bluetooth system in my 2012 Nissan Frontier I was told that there was someone there who could help me with the upload of contacts. The voice instructions indicate a command that does not appear when you follow them. The option for the command is simply not there. After going to the dealership which is as 25 minute drive from where I live I met with a salesman in the front. He was very professional and tried to help me. He also noted the command was not available although the help instructions clearly indicated it should be. He sent me to someone in the repair department. After finally getting to the person and getting him to come to my car. He told me the problem was the phone could not send this to the Bluetooth system in the car. I explained that the phone would try to upload but the system would not take it and according to the instructions from the help menu in the Frontier the command for doing this was not given as an option even though the help menu clearly indicated it should have. He did not listen to me treated me if I was relatively ignorant and said the problem was the phone. The command would be in the system not the phone and it should be there independent of the the phone having the ability or not. I understand I may not be able to download the favorites from the phone even though the type file the phone sends is indicated to be appropriate by the Nissan Web site. I however do not like being treated as it I don't know a thing about this and furthermore NOT LISTENED TO. More
