After calling to get some help about linking my new phone to the Bluetooth system in my 2012 Nissan Frontier I was told that there was someone there who could help me with the upload of contacts. The voice instructions indicate a command that does not appear when you follow them. The option for the command is simply not there. After going to the dealership which is as 25 minute drive from where I live I met with a salesman in the front. He was very professional and tried to help me. He also noted the command was not available although the help instructions clearly indicated it should be. He sent me to someone in the repair department. After finally getting to the person and getting him to come to my car. He told me the problem was the phone could not send this to the Bluetooth system in the car. I explained that the phone would try to upload but the system would not take it and according to the instructions from the help menu in the Frontier the command for doing this was not given as an option even though the help menu clearly indicated it should have. He did not listen to me treated me if I was relatively ignorant and said the problem was the phone. The command would be in the system not the phone and it should be there independent of the the phone having the ability or not. I understand I may not be able to download the favorites from the phone even though the type file the phone sends is indicated to be appropriate by the Nissan Web site. I however do not like being treated as it I don't know a thing about this and furthermore NOT LISTENED TO. More
