Garry took the time to listen to not only my praise for George but to listen to my suggestion for a credit card arrangement where say 6 months is the same as cash which can be used at this dealership to help with payment of large expenses to keep my vehicle we'll maintained. Service with a smile Had an issue with my car and had it towed to the dealership for safety reasons. I followed directly behind them and was greeted by my service rep. And like clockwork I had just enough time to rat breakfast and drive the 15 minutes away and my car was completely serviced issued resolved and I was paid for and out the door in just over an hour. Escorted to waiting area stocked with water, soft drinks and snacks, today's paper etc. I was told who my service adviser was. 40 minutes later the service adviser introduced himself and after reviewing what was needed said it would be about 90 minutes to do the oil change, filter, check tire pressure and wash car. 70 minutes later it was all done and the car was spotless. Isaac was very helpful throughout the process. More
