Service Brought my Nissan Frontier in for 10,000 mile oil change and service on 7/15. This experience was much better than my first. 5000 oil change. First one had oil spilled over the engine and got home and it leaked on the driveway. Came back with it and was brought right in and cleaned up. A+ now with service department More

It took a little longer than I expected bit I was quite surprised when the car was cleaned inside and out and was ready to go. More

not satisfied i want a refund I came in for the 3rd time for engine light being on, I had the special $1,800.00 full insurance wrap package insurance on my 2016 Nissan Frontier I came in for the 3rd time for engine light being on, I had the special $1,800.00 full insurance wrap package insurance on my 2016 Nissan Frontier truck. They charged me $120.00 plus tax for them to turn off the engine light again. I was in the dealership for 3 hours. When Chuck came with the bill and told me that my charge was $120.00 plus tax because they had to reprogram the vehicle to correct the problem, I was shocked! NO ONE came and told me there was going to be a charge let alone a $120.00 charge. I was given NO Estimate, nor would I have given an Approval for a service that should have been covered under my Wrap insurance. That kind of repair should be covered, it is a malfunction. I just wanted to get out of there...went to the cashier paid a total of $134.82 and got a receipt. The receipt had no details on the repair work. Prior to leaving I spoke to Gary and Jim. When I got home Gary called to followed up with an explanation of the details and reason for the charge. He tried, it's just not sitting well with my spirit. I am requesting a full refund. More
