I brought my car for a cluncking noise and they harassed me to trade in my car. I said no and then they gave me back my car telling me the transmission was messed up and needed to be replaced. 4 different p me to trade in my car. I said no and then they gave me back my car telling me the transmission was messed up and needed to be replaced. 4 different people txted me telling me "they need/want ny car on their lot etc..." I felt like they were trying to force me into getting a newer vehicle. I then took my car here to Ocala Nissan and paid again so they can give me a 2nd opinion and they basically reprinted the 1st document they gave me from the leesburg Nissan. A waste of $300+. I got nothing fixed on the car, left with a $8900 quote and $300+ in my pocket! More
