Service Experience I brought my car in to have a tire fixed. I had picked up a nail and the tire was losing air. I did not have an appointment. I mentioned that the foam I brought my car in to have a tire fixed. I had picked up a nail and the tire was losing air. I did not have an appointment. I mentioned that the foam around the windshield was bulging out and wanted them to look at it. I said I would make an appointment to come back and have it fixed if necessary. I waited a long time, 90 minutes, without contact and felt it was a very long time to fix a tire. I asked a staff member who came into the lounge if he could check for me. He graciously did and returned to say that it was being washed and would be ready soon. When it was done, I found out that they had not only fixed the tire but also made the dashboard repair, so I did not have to return at another time. I was very pleased with that service. I would recommend better communication, however, as I was getting irritated when I thought they were only working on the tire. More

Drove straight to Pearson since tire pressure warning came on, and was happily on the road using spare within an hour or so and had new rim installed the next morning. More

In addition, they failed to provide a multi-point inspection to inform me of my Nissan’s current state and if there is anything that needs attention. I depend on this report to maintain my vehicle in the best condition possible. This was my first visit to the Nissan dealership in Ocala. However, I have owned Nissan vehicles my whole adult life and have serviced them at many different Nissan locations nationwide. The Ocala location so far has been the least friendly and the least thorough of them all. Developing good care definitely reflects how I, or anyone else will feel about trading in and purchasing from you. I’d say they need to put more emphasis on good quality customer service in the service department so that customers can be confident in knowing they are taken care of even after purchasing a vehicle from them; definitely need to step it up a notch. More

Oil change and put no oil in my car Went for an oil change and two days later car was acting funny so I took it to my dealer in Tampa. Haven’t heard back since and and have called back and left maeesage. This is unacceptable. More
