Not To Pleased this recent visit. I’ve been bringing my 2014 Nissan Maxima to Pearson Nissan since I Purchased my vehicle in Feb of 2015. I always pay for whatever is needed when I ge I’ve been bringing my 2014 Nissan Maxima to Pearson Nissan since I Purchased my vehicle in Feb of 2015. I always pay for whatever is needed when I get my vehicle serviced. By the way, my vehicle is always on time for every service. For the past year, I’ve been hearing my vehicle make a odd noise in the front. When I bring it in and the inspection is done, No one never says anything to me and the “”inspection”” paperwork is always marked in the green boxes. Yesterday, I had finally had enough and took my vehicle in explaining the problem I’ve been having. My service advisor, which was my first time with him, Explained everything that was going wrong with the front end of my maxima. $1553.27 bill that could’ve totally been avoided had someone explained to me the Struts and so forth were going out in the front of my vehicle which damaged more. I was a bit disappointed no one from Nissan had pointed this out to me. As bad as the mechanic made it sound, I could’ve lost my life with the wheel coming off of my vehicle had I hit the wrong pothole or bump in the road. So I was disappointed yesterday on 9/5/2019 with Pearson Nissan. I was satisfied with my service advisor Issac. He was very professional and hid nothing back when it came to my vehicle. I’m positive, he will be the only reason I return to Pearson Nissan opposed to just taking it to Gainesville Nissan. More
