Disappointed Waited 2.5 hrs for oil and filter changed Rogue returned with oil stain on passenger seat, oil thumb print on door. After requesting prior to servic Waited 2.5 hrs for oil and filter changed Rogue returned with oil stain on passenger seat, oil thumb print on door. After requesting prior to service for tires to be balance in air distribution I then returned a 3 time to get it done and upon driving off realized one tire was off. Worker an attitude after I advised him 2 times of unsatisfactory services. Two other ladies plus one gentleman were experiencing some issues as well. More

Waited close to 4 hours ! Waited close to four hours to have an oil change, new battery installed & left rear tire checked for low air pressure showing on instrument panel. no Waited close to four hours to have an oil change, new battery installed & left rear tire checked for low air pressure showing on instrument panel. no one informed me where nail was in tire, Isaac told the service man to plug tire. Found out on 11/16 , two days later that first of all, Pierson does not plug tires & that it was in a very dangerous location. I had to go back on 11/16 because the tire went flat just sitting in the garage. Had to call AAA to check out situation . The fellow showed us the problem , removed the tire , put on the spare, which only had 12 pounds of air pressure . He put in enough air so that I could drive up on 11/16. Thank goodness George was there to take care of me. More
