Unexpected problem Traveling on route 75 we ran over something and our tire immediately started to lose air. Pulling off in the grass on a very dark night . A state trooper came to our rescue and we were on our way. Lights on the dash continued to stay on. A call to Pearson and we had an appointment to bring the car in. After sitting in the waiting room for a period of time I was asked to follow Isaac to the repair area. Smoke was detected from under the wheel well as well as gas fumes. A hole had been detected in the tube that goes to the gas tank. The part was immediately located in Orlando, the only part in the state of Florida on hand. I was so thankful this had been found. We could of been blown up if the car would of come in contact with a spark or flame. Alfred and Isaac took such good care of me and by early the next morning my car was fixed and ready to be picked up. I always enjoy my conversations with Mr. Ridgeway and he has been a huge help many times. Thank you Pearson for having such good people working for you and the way you treat your customers. More
Terrible and last experience We took the vehicle in for two issues. Neither repaired the first visit. One issue never repaired and we were charged $340 for the wrong part. And, not to mention, the vehicle was driven into a fence by their service writer and they took three weeks to repair it with no apology or mention of a loaner. This was our second Nissan and the first was purchased at this dealership in 2009. We'll never buy another Nissan and never go back to a Nissan Dealership for service. Need I say more? More

The people you have working their are very slow... They move like snails... No matter how many people are waiting... They don't seem to care about your customers or the order the car are their for service and waiting for a car wash... Since I bought my Maxima I have only had one car wash with your dealership... Because they get in your car, move the gauges on the a/c, change your seat setting and your radio station... Just real idiots... Not a great service team and need serious attitude adjustments and some management... No I would no recommend this service dept. for this part of your team... I have seen many better service teams from other dealerships... Pearson could be a really good dealership and create customers more customers without some of the bad apples for this dealership. As for your service advisor R.J. is always very good... and has a smile and is ready to assist you... I won't buy another car from this dealer ship because of a situation with a David Ridgeway their about a year ago... Told me he needed another $1000- to buy a Rogue we were looking at and when we came back the next day with a thousand dollars he then told us $2500- more despite his own sale person telling him you told them $1000- yesterday... And your talking to a guy who bought 2 brand new Trans Ams and a Brand new GTO fully loaded t-tops everything. from Sullivan in Ocala, and Sherwood Pontiac in Delray Beach... I would not recommend this dealership. I'm from Palm Beach county originally and fund the dealership their more professional and more customer oriented... More
