Would give a 0 if I could. What was supposed to be $78 for oil change and tire rotation. Ended up being quated at $178, because vanishing deductable vanished. When I went to pick the car up, the total was for oil change and tire rotation. Ended up being quated at $178, because vanishing deductable vanished. When I went to pick the car up, the total was then over $350. Was told they could not find problem with horn, but replaced relay. Yet I drive home with no horn still. Definitely not what you should expect from an authorized dealership. Avoid at all costs! More
