Oil Change and Recall Normally I dread bringing my car in for oil change. In the past, it took too long, plus I was always asked if they could service something else. This time I took car in for a recall item and an oil change. I was out in hour and 15 minutes. I passed on the wash because that usually adds quite a bit to wait. Thanks Zach McQuaig! More

2hrs turned into over 4hrs George was friendly and honest. I continue to have my 2017 Nissan Titan serviced here for this reason. The only concern is the fact that I made an appointment, was told 2hr wait, and it turned into 4hrs. I even paid premium for 4 brand new tires. My only guess is that they either need more techs on Saturdays or refuse to take folks w/out appointments. Again, service is friendly and honest. Just slow. Truck wash didn't remove bugs from front. Service Hours For those of us who have to be at work before 7:30 am and hate leaving keys in a slot, your service hours are TERRIBLE.
