Disappointing Upon arrival for my appointment I was advised that my maintenance agreement had expired last Nov. It is upsetting that I wasn't told this when I made the appointment. I left two routine service calls on the table. We do not travel a lot and our service intervals are longer then most. I think Pearson Nissan, or Nissan could have forewarned me so that I could have scheduled sooner and not waste time and money. My very first experience 4 years ago made you feel stupid for asking a question. Recently, Very unresponsive, doesn't keep you informed and doesn't return phone calls when they say they will. BLOWN MOTOR I purchased a certified pathfinder and within 40,000 miles - the motor is blown - I have submitted all service records but Nissan will not honor the w I purchased a certified pathfinder and within 40,000 miles - the motor is blown - I have submitted all service records but Nissan will not honor the warranty. I strongly believe they knew something was wrong with this car before they sold it to me, knowing that when I brought the car back they would not warranty it. Warranty Dept and Consumer Affairs are all Departments within Nissan USA, so they monopolize the decision. Consumer Affairs is to make sure the customer is being treated fairly however, they told me that it didn't matter what the reports say, it was denied. Nobody will talk to you and the Service Manager, Garry, is very sarcastic, and practically laughs in your face. The General Manager, Tony Bazar doesn't ever acknowledge anything. I have purchased 3 cars from this Dealership and I shouldn't be treated this way. More
Great Service I had a less then expected wait time, got a $10 discount on service, and my tires got rotated. AlJay suggested I get new tires this spring. Oil change for Nissan 370Z Very happy with the service center and the dealership! We just moved to Ocala and I didn't want to take my 370Z to a quick lube joint. They did a very Very happy with the service center and the dealership! We just moved to Ocala and I didn't want to take my 370Z to a quick lube joint. They did a very competent job at a reasonable price and even threw in a coupon without me even asking! Waiting area was nice, used the wi-fi for work and the service was completed within an hour.
