They not only changed my oil and filter, but rotated the tires, all for free. There was a clean waiting area with refreshments. They offered me a ride home and pickup, but I decided to just wait. The service advisor gave me a target time for completion. My vehicle was finished before the time promised along with a complimentary wash and vacuum. I expect to return to Pearson Nissan for my next service as they have exceeded my expectations. More
