The facility is clean and clear of any items that might be a contaminant. Tables and chairs are appropriately spaced and are neat and clean. Isaac was great in providing as a service advisor Isaac was prompt to see me and it took no time to write up the order. I was looking forward to relaxing while I waited for my vehicle and enjoying a cup of coffee. But the dealership did not offer any coffee. Hope it returns by the next time I return. In regards to the "9" given in the price, this was NO fault of Isaac as he did apply the appropriate specials to my bill. It is the dealership or Nissan that sets the price for various service & parts. Isaac DID NOT do anything wrong. More

I entrust my vehicle to your care Took my vehicle in for 5k service. At time of pickup there was oil dripped on the hood of my car. Service rep immediately took vehicle back in and addressed the situation. He said they have a leak in line above where my vehicle was parked. I can’t believe the dealership would allow a particular area to continue to be used with such a leak, this is no regard for property I trusted this dealership to take care of my vehicle when in their hands ...I have no confidence in them. This was my first time to their service area. Leaves me a bit hesitant to ever return. More

My car’s battery unfortunately reached it last breath and needed a new one. I called Pearson Nissan and spoke with Brian and he helped getting my car in at the service center as a walk in while the service c needed a new one.
