Slow, no calls when done, incomplete service, excuses, no call back from management. Waited almost 20 minuses for someone just to take my keys for an early drop off. After 3 different people asked if I'd bee call back from management. Waited almost 20 minuses for someone just to take my keys for an early drop off. After 3 different people asked if I'd been helped and two people obtained mileage I was finally brought in to drop off key for truck. This is a work truck mind you, dropped off on Friday for a service appointment on Saturday at 9 A.M. for tire rotation and oil change. They found glazed brake rotors, so added that to the repair cost and time frame. Was told i would recieve a call once work was complete, my phone number was verified by service representative so they knew how to reach me. No call on Saturday, no call on Sunday, not to myself or the company owner. No call 1st thing Monday morning either, my boss and I had to call the dealership to get the status of the truck. On Monday morning mind you, after I was supposed to have already reported for work, since no one is available at the dealership prior to 7:30. I spoke with customer service later that day and aired my grievance, I was told they were sorry and that management would give me a call shortly, its 3 days later now and the only call I recieved was the service representative that apologized and gave me excuses as to why nobody called me. This is the second time with this rep, at this dealership and have had the same issue occur. Ridiculous. And to boot I got the truck back with a low tire pressure indicator illuminated in the dash, would've thought they would check fluids and pressures with a service and tire rotation... terrible.. Work was good but some things behind the scenes were downright shady. Very disappointed. And, if your car needs service repairs that take more than an hour or two to complete, their service vehicle will take you where you need to go within a 10-mile radius. When your vehicle is ready to go their service vehicle will return to bring you back to your car. They did exactly what they said they were going to do!
