A few very cold mornings ago - my vehicle would not start. I was able to work from home this particular day - ZOOM-aggedon - but I had a very busy day of work the following day and could not be delaye start. My husband was able to leave work early afternoon to help me. I called Pearson Nissan - as my husband headed their way - and received the standard answer from the receptionist: I would be happy to make an appointment for you... tomorrow. I asked for Jimmy Morejohn. (For as long as I've been purchasing Nissans - Jimmy has been my service tech.) She said he had gone for the day and I asked to speak to someone who could help me - that same day! She - very pleasantly - told me that she could transfer me to another tech that could schedule something for me the next day. I reiterated that I had a very busy day planned the next day. I pleaded. She suddenly noticed Jimmy walking through the showroom and stopped him. She transferred me to his desk and his response? "I'll wait for your husband. We'll get you taken care of!" THIS FOLKS - is the type of service I've come to expect from this dealership. Jimmy Morejohn sealed the deal many years ago! Pearson - be good to this man. He is valued by me! More
