I called in the morning because the used truck we just purchased needed to be looked at and a new key needed to be made, they said to bring it in at 2:30-3:00. So i did! I was then told after arriving at about 2:45 that my vehicle would not be looked at until the next morning. I had to then arrange a ride back home. The next day i had not received any notification that the truck was done so i called at 2:30 and left a message for the service department, bot five minutes later they called me back to tell me the truck had been done since the morning. Its minor inconveniences to clients like these that really aggravate people, they could have initially told me the truck would be kept overnight, they could have called when the truck was done with the status and report of what was wrong, and the truck had to be sold with a second key so they could have made the second key while it was sitting on the lot instead of making their customer go back to the dealership to have the key made. And mind you the guy who makes the keys was only available specific times two days a week and both of which were inconvenient for me. I have had issues with the service department of this dealership in the past also which is why i was hesitant to go back in the first place but after 5 years i see that they are still not client focused. The only reason i am giving two start instead of one is because the sales staff we did business with was great, i give them 5 stars in that department. More

At approximately 4:05pm on Saturday, February 27, 2021, At approximately 4:05pm on Saturday, February 27, 2021, I arrived at the Pearson Nissan of Ocala to request that a new battery be installed on my 20 At approximately 4:05pm on Saturday, February 27, 2021, I arrived at the Pearson Nissan of Ocala to request that a new battery be installed on my 2017 Nissan. No worries, Mrs. Dukes, our staff will take care of you and do whatever we can to make you comfortable. You are welcome to wait in the lounge in our lobby and please help yourself to the refreshments. Within a few minutes, the gentleman returned with my invoice and explained that the technicians who change out batteries were gone for the day. He told me that he replaced the battery himself because he did not want me on the road with a three-year old factory battery that might not be reliable. My only regret, I failed to ask the name of the gentleman who replaced my battery. Folks, service just doesn't get better than this. Thank you graciously Pearson Nissan staff! And, to the gentleman who changed my battery, You are Simply The Best!! Kathy Dukes More
