Went in for an Oil change, tire rotation and balance. After I left I was checking my car out and noticed the tire were not rotated, they were however balanced, although my car is a little shaky now so id After I left I was checking my car out and noticed the tire were not rotated, they were however balanced, although my car is a little shaky now so idk if that was done properly. Then I went to check my oil which appeared to be fresh oil, except when I checked the oil filter it was the same filter that I installed personally the last time I changed my own oil. So overall have the service that I paid for was completed on the car. More

Had an appointment with confirmation email. No one came to tell me it wasn’t showing so I thought they were working on my car. After an hour they came to check me in as a walk-in. Service rep could not fig to tell me it wasn’t showing so I thought they were working on my car. After an hour they came to check me in as a walk-in.
