When I called to make an appointment, the scheduler, Danielle, was extremely rude. She kept talking over me and was argumentative (while talking in a sweet, friendly tone). I asked for a loaner, and she argued up and down they didn’t offer loaners (even though we had gotten one the last time we had extensive work done). She tried to cut off the call before I was done telling her everything I needed done. I’ve been dealing with Pearson Nissan for 13 years, and this was the first time I have ever been treated like this. More
