Paul made our wishes happen once again for my purchase! The staff is not just interested in a sale. They want to help you, and they invest all they can to give you the best deal available. They’re very understanding, and beyond professional. We love the Pearson Mazda team! More

Nothing but top notch service, beginning with the sales person through management and finance staff and on to the service department. I’d rate them as the best dealership that I’ve ever dealt with in my 39 past years of buying cars!!! More
The staff is so helpful! This was a my first time buying a car so I was extremely nervous, being a young lady, that I would either be taken advantage of or not taken seriously This was a my first time buying a car so I was extremely nervous, being a young lady, that I would either be taken advantage of or not taken seriously. I just want to give a shout out to Jay Santiago because he was literally the nicest salesman I have encountered in my entire life and definitely made my car buying experience extremely pleasant. He did a ton of work just to get me the color car I wanted, took me on a cool test drive (not a lame straight highway like most car dealerships would) so I could get a feel for my sporty CX-3. THEN he rushed the car after it arrived (ordered one from another dealership in my desired color) so I could pick it up ASAP. He answered all 3000 of my questions and was extremely patient with me, and did not pressure me whatsoever. James Balsamo was the sales manager at the time - while I didn't get a ton of interaction with him, I appreciate his flexibility and willingness to get the car I wanted and offered me a very fair price. He was, of course, friendly and very helpful as well! I was told by more experienced car buyers that the part I should *really* dread about car buying is the financing portion. I'm glad they were wrong! Troy Hernandez, the finance manager, was super welcoming and friendly, tells great stories, and explained warranties/extras in a factual manner without putting pressure on me to purchase them. All in all, my first real car buying experience was really great with Pearson Mazda. I'm happy I finally upgraded my current Mazda that is over a decade old with the cool new CX3! Thank you so much guys! - Sarah More
Great Experience I've drifted through the showroom many times when my wife's CX-5 was in for service. Never met a high pressure salesman. Yesterday Kenny Hicks sold me I've drifted through the showroom many times when my wife's CX-5 was in for service. Never met a high pressure salesman. Yesterday Kenny Hicks sold me a 2018 CX-9 Signature edition. I'd been eyeing one for some time, and he took us on an extended test drive. Totally low key (and a real car guy). He didn't play around. He put a great offer on table and I took it. I couldn't be happier. More

I felt appreciated and that the negotiation was handled in an efficient, forthright way. While there was a bit of a mix-up with the registration of the vehicle I purchased, every effort was made to resolve the issue to my least inconvenience possible. More

Nightmare experience: Lied to & they have our paid-for car My wife & I bought a Mazda 3 here. We test drove it, but she wanted to sleep on it, so we came back the next day to buy it. We called ahead and were t My wife & I bought a Mazda 3 here. We test drove it, but she wanted to sleep on it, so we came back the next day to buy it. We called ahead and were told it was ready for us to drive away. When we arrived, the car was not ready. We were kept waiting an hour, and were the only customers. I got up to use the restroom, and our salesman was being questioned by the front desk staff about the wait. He said the car had hit a curb on a test drive before we got there, and was being repaired! This accident was not disclosed to us. I asked if it was "routine" work that took too long and was told that was the case--a falsehood. The car was "ready" the next day. My wife immediately noticed the awful noise from the bad rotor and returned it, and they said they'd just "missed some rust" on the rotor. We knew about the accident, but trusted our salesman to make sure it was fixed. They claimed it was fixed, and we picked it up, and it again made the noise, so we returned it a 2nd time. This is now 3 times that they've worked on it, and it still made the noise when my wife returned to pick it up the 3rd time. We took it to a trusted mechanic (flawless BBB rating, unlike Pearson, which had several complaints), and he examined the rotor and found it was warped and needed replacing. He documented the findings and was confident Pearson would replace the part when they saw his report. The rotor was visibly warped and had no rust. We dropped the car off again, and received a call from Judy, service manager, to tell us that the mechanic "Discovered yet more rust" and removed it and it was flawless. We told her that wasn't acceptable, as we'd seen the rotor, and knew about the accident. At this point, she denied the accident happened, denied the rotor had problems, and stopped returning our calls. They have our car. They have our money. We call them to talk, and they just say "The car is ready." Judy claimed several days ago that a sales manager would call me to talk about a refund, but none did. I eventually got a sales manager on the phone (after several mis-transfers) and he had never heard of the issue and had no notes on the car. Something is really, really wrong here. I'm sure if you're lucky you can get a car where nothing went wrong, and you have a great experience, but having discovered that a sales man, front desk sales person, and service manager are all willing to lie and mislead the customer, I can't and won't trust this place. At this point we just want the situation resolved, and will never use them for service, sales, or anything again. I've filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and encourage other customers who have been misled to do the same. More
