Car buying experience was ok- but the service we have received since purchasing our Honda has been sub par- at best. So bad is our experience with the service department, that simply put we will never pu received since purchasing our Honda has been sub par- at best. So bad is our experience with the service department, that simply put we will never purchase a vehicle from this dealership again. For me it is not how well you treat me when you cash my check, but how well you treat me when I need work done on my car after I purchase it. And Pearson has failed miserably in that department. If all you care about is how well they treat you when you are spending thousands on a car- then this is the pace for you. If you care about how well they treat you after the sale, then safe yourself the headache and go somewhere else. Honda makes a good car, its too bad the service at this dealership fails to stand behind their product or even show concern or urgency for their clients. And don't waste your time making an appointment, it has zero impact on how efficiently or quickly you are in and out. More

Great overall experience! I had reached out to, and visited, honda dealers throughout Virginia, and I had many similar quotes to chose from. Nate was providing the best customer service, and my decision came down to who I wanted to sit in front of for a few hours, while I made the purchase. Other dealers (not all) had some managers get involved in the process that focused on diminishing competitors offers/incentives, instead of being empathetic and at least trying to make up for what they may not offer. They came off as arrogant and condescending. Nate and everyone at Pearson Honda I had the pleasure of working with, made the process less stressful, and I would recommend anyone to shop there for their new car and ask for Nate Jones! More

Then the dealership offered a fair trade-in price for my old Honda CR-V which enabled me to get a few accessories (which I never thought I would be able to get). Loved working with Nate on the purchase. He was very knowledgeable about the car and all the bells and whistles that came with it. Also provided several online sites that provided more information about the car. The best part was that I didn't feel like I was being pressured. Very happy with this service! I brought my car in for the 100,000 mile AC service. When I left, I felt very cold even with the settings in the same position I had left them!
