I tried to buy a car from them years ago, and was quoted $5k over another dealer so I walked out. They didn't care to earn my business 3 years ago. I was given a price ($100), and asked for the part number relating to the part so I could confirm fitment to my car. I was told "We don't give those out." I'm sorry, you don't give out the part number to a Honda part? I asked why, and the parts person told me its "company policy." Honda Part numbers are NO secret, or proprietary information. I asked why; and he told me it was "to not help customers shop around and get a better price." I asked on parts? and he was dismissive and rude, and told me to feel free to all another dealer. Looking now, I see why; they quoted me "Around $100" for the part, whereas online its $65 from other dealerships online. Ridiculous. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PEARSON. More
I dropped off my car a 2011 Honda CRV at this dealership for a rear differential assessment. My car is making noise when driven over 45 miles and the rear differential is making noise as teeth slipping. I d for a rear differential assessment. My car is making noise when driven over 45 miles and the rear differential is making noise as teeth slipping. I dropped off my car at a Honda dealership because I bought a powertrain warranty when I bought this car. For my surprise, they are requiring me to replace differential fluid first for them to assess the rear differential. Why should I replace the fluid in a part that will certainly be replaced and I will have to add fluid again. So much waste of money. This is not the kind of counseling people should get from a Honda dealership. More

I purchased this vehicle on 3/29/22 for close to the same sale price & only put 2444 miles on it…they just brought it back from me on 5/31/22 & only offered me $16,300. for it. Now they have it back for sale for $19,500. The 2nd accident was never disclosed to me because it’s not on their Auto Check Report…nor the sunroof leak. BEWARE!!! Buy your own CARFAX. More

After wandering the expansive customer area, the salesman Victor Winston came to assist. I expressed my interest in test driving the new truck out front, but was told those vehicles were pre-owned. The two models posted on their website I asked about Victor assured me were available. He then brought one out front for me to test drive. That was it! I drove it around some back roads and brought it back to make a deal. Everything with Victor was low key and very customer focused. Throughout the entire process, this dealership could not have improved our experience. They were able to have the accessories added before we had completed the financing paperwork. While being the last customers to leave that evening, Victor was there to see two very pleased customers thanking his and Pearson’s efforts in our first purchase with them. More
Before I had a decent score on this dealership however that changed the last time me and my fiancée went here, we went in looking to replace our 2007 jeep liberty with something newer and were looking at that changed the last time me and my fiancée went here, we went in looking to replace our 2007 jeep liberty with something newer and were looking at a used HRV (which was the same cost for some reason as a brand new one) ended up looking at a rav4 they just got in instead based on the recommendation of the sales associate we were working with, asked how much it was and they wouldn't tell us but assured us they wouldn't have it above what we could afford based on what we wanted to pay monthly. Ended up running credit to get it and everything and were told all of a sudden it was going to be 100 dollars over what we wanted to pay monthly at which point we told the sales Associate and the sales manager we were dealing with that we would not be moving forward at which point they tried to get us to go for a sedan instead when all we wanted was an suv. We walked out and so did the sales Associate and were told based on the fact that we were looking for an suv that the amount we were looking to spend that an suv wasn't within our budget and we couldn't afford it based on what we wanted to spend (300/month) never coming back here again unless I absolutely need to for parts. Very happy with the suv we purchased elsewhere for 300/month. More
I would have left NO stars if that option had been available. I will NEVER let Pearson Honda do ANY service work on my vehicle. Nor, due to their dishonest tactics in the service dept., would I ever p available. I will NEVER let Pearson Honda do ANY service work on my vehicle. Nor, due to their dishonest tactics in the service dept., would I ever purchase a vehicle from them. The service dept. knew just the right key words to say to the warranty people, so that they would not agree to fix my engine. This was a problem that had a class action suit against Honda and then an extended warranty to fix the problem - all before I purchased my Odyssey. The service dept. simply did not want to do the work, after they told me that the Warranty people would not pay for it, they never asked if I wanted to pay to fix the problem, because they didn't want to do it. Period. Plus it took an hour to read the codes and they charged me $66.50, just to read the codes. Ridiculous. Any one else would have read the codes for free. More
