My wife and I had no prior knowledge of or experience with Pearson Ford, but we decided to stop there anyway to look at a 2011 Ford Edge, so we could compare one with a 2012 Chevy Equinox and a 2012 GMC with Pearson Ford, but we decided to stop there anyway to look at a 2011 Ford Edge, so we could compare one with a 2012 Chevy Equinox and a 2012 GMC Terrain we had looked at earlier in the day. We were just spending the day gathering information on different makes and models to determine what we wanted to buy later this year. As we were looking at a 2011 Edge at Pearson Ford that really caught our eye, we were approached by salesman Mark Glozier. He was very friendly, not at all pushy, and asked if he could answer any questions for us. We talked about the Edge for a short time and then out of the blue Mark asked us if we would like to test drive it. My wife and I both drove it and we found it to be a wonderful vehicle that exceeded our expectations. It had so much more comfort and room with so many more features for the money than the mid-sized competitors that Chevy or GMC offer. Only to have comparative information for my wife and I to discuss when we got home, I asked Mark to "run some numbers" for us on the 2011 Edge we took for a test drive. Ford had $3,000 rebates on the 2011 Edge plus I am able to get X-plan pricing, which is very close to invoice pricing. In addition, Pearson Ford offered us more for our trade in than any other dealer ever would have (considerably more than wholesale). The bottom line price was so good we decided to buy the 2011 Edge right then and there. In our opinion, the great folks we worked with at Pearson Ford all worked very hard to earn our business and they even stayed more than an hour past closing time on a Saturday evening to wrap up our purchase. We plan to order another new Ford product at the end of this year and Pearson Ford will definitely be our first stop for a great price from Mark Glozier. PS...For anyone who plans to buy a Chevy Equinox or a GMC Terrain, you really need to look at a Ford Edge and take one for a test drive first! They are an outstanding mid-sized CUV and we are extremely happy with ours. More

I had an appointment at 9:30. My car was not taken in until 10. I didn't get my car back until 11. I will not be coming back. Mark was very helpful and was very nice every time I went to Pearson (as I came a couple different times while I was car shopping). The reason I gave price a lower score was because at the end when I was set on the car I wanted and had money to put down and a trade-in, we were $400 off from what I wanted to pay and the price Pearson had the car at. It took about another hour and Pearson running my credit through several different times in order for them to figure out how to make the sale work, which ending up being close to a 4 hour process. I initially tried other auto dealers' service departments when I moved here in 2006 and they all fell short of my "minimal" expectations. I then made the BEST CHOICE of going to Pearson Ford to see how they when I moved here in 2006 and they all fell short of my "minimal" expectations. I then made the BEST CHOICE of going to Pearson Ford to see how they operated and the quality they could provide for my family's vehicles. I IMMEDIATELY was very impressed. Not only were they very professional, but have one of the best, most talented service departments in the state of Indiana. I immediately felt welcome and "important". I am especially critical about the details when it comes to my wife's and daughter's cars. Bill Haygood, my service writer and Mark Weeks, team leader; AND THE MOST TALENTED auto technician I have ever met, BOTH provided THE BEST overall service I could ever expect. I literally trust these FORD professionals with my life as well as my family's everyday safety. After the first two visits for regular maintenance in 2006, it became an actual pleasure to have my cars serviced and repaired at PEARSON. Each and everytime, even for a routine service, I know that Mark Weeks will go over the key safety items of the car and recommend BOTH anything immediate, or tell me what should be done the NEXT time I visit. HE and BILL have NEVER been wrong! Yes, I have several FORDS but ALSO a Toyota AND a HONDA that I trust solely to them. HEY! They are THE BEST! Any and all repairs are done right the FIRST TIME. No exceptions. Their recommendations are based on decades of experience and HANDS ON history as well as THE LATEST most advanced training for their technicians to keep up with the rapid advancement in automotive technology. The "details" and keen observations they make on ALL cars that come to them are OUTSTANDING. The cars are returned to me clean and running perfectly each and every time. I would GLADLY drive 100 miles to take my cars to PEARSON to have all service, warranty work and repairs accomplished. In summary, they are THE BEST dealership for QUALITY parts, service, TRUST, HONESTY, VALUE and professional friendly customer service. Every service writer, technician and sales/staff personnel are part of the PEARSON FORD team. Whether your car is old, like my sons, or brand new, they both receive the best service and attention to details from PEARSON's Service Department Staff. I only wish I had gone to PEARSON FORD ... FIRST and saved two worthless trips to other "less proficient" factory service shops. But for the past 6 years they are my ONLY "GO TO" place for everything automotive.
