I would suggest always talking direct to the car owner. If the woman drives in with the vehicle, you speak directly only to her unless she otherwise directs you. The visit was to have the first (10,000 mile) oil change on our 2011 Fusion. There was no charge for this first oil change. I did have the tires rotated and paid the cost of that survice. We were treated extremely well. The information provided before we came was complete and given in a timely mannor.
