Don went out of his way to locate the exact car I was looking for. Mack did a great job following up with me daily to see if he could get me into a truck or car. Awesome truck/car combo. I can still pull our speedboat and can carry the family along in comfort. Mack was not a high pressure guy and I like that when I am shopping for a new car! The Quick Lane Service Department is a great place for auto service. The waiting area is really clean and nice, the service advisors are quick and knowledgeable and patient. I visited the Pearson Quick Lane for an oil change. I was in and out in less than an hour during my lunch hour...perfect! Everyone was very nice, polite and helpful. First time at Pearson service dept - we will definitely come back. I liked being able to schedule service via internet - this made it super convenient. Mack was very pleasant and easy to work with. Very low pressure, which was a BIG plus. (I've left other dealers for being to pressuring.) Curtis closed the Quick Lube 15 minutes before the scheduled time. I was there before 7:00pm and could not pick up my car because he locked the shop early, even though I called to tell him I was on th scheduled time.
