Was welcomed with great hospitality. It was the first time I have brought my new car in for an oil change. I also had noticed squeakiness on cold mornings with my brakes that went away. Overall the person who dealt with us did an excellent job. However, what buyer will be satisfied if the brand new car he just bought had dimples when he brings it for paint protection job at the same job. When you buy a new car you want it to be flawless and clean. But the Ford Escape we got, had more than 200mi on it and the inside was smudged on the trimmings and even the leather seats. Also, the service for fixing the dimples (dents on a brand new car - imaginge that) was not really to be desired- we had to return the car for it to be fixed. More

The icing on the cake was this week when Chris sent Chad to my home to program the garage door opener in the auto. Never once did Chris say to me "read your manual and you can do the programming". I must say I felt like a complete idiot when Chad pulled out the manual and had the opener programmed within 5 minutes.
