Ford no longer makes Explorer Sport Tracs. The Quick Lane and Pearson Ford workforce is helping me keep mine in good (and safe) running order as long as possible past the 100K mark. Knowing that I come to town specifically for Ford service, Peter, Scott, Joel, Jeremy, and the mechanics pull together as a team to make service visits efficient, in terms of time and effort. If the truck needs to be serviced in more than one Pearson Ford area - Peformance Collision, Ford Service, or Quick Lane, the services are choreographed so that each item is completed before moving onto the next. I really appreciated Chris' low-key approach. He greeted me warmly, asked what I was interested in and let me take a test drive, even though I emphasized that I was comparing other vehicles and was not read me warmly, asked what I was interested in and let me take a test drive, even though I emphasized that I was comparing other vehicles and was not ready to buy. He answered my questions and explained the rebate/trade-in details. No pressure. Loved it! When I bought the vehicle, he offered to pick me up so I could drive the new one home. That's customer service! The funniest part of my buying experience was learning about the new SYNC system, when Chris turned me over to Evan, who is 20 years old. I burst out laughing at the young kid teaching the old lady all the technical stuff-how cliched! But Evan was used to that response, and patiently taught me everything. I will highly recommend Pearson Ford to everyone-it was a very pleasant experience all the way around. I have not had the vehicle long enough to need any service, so I can't comment on that area at this time. More

The entire group made the car buying process enjoyable. They were courteous and professional, and worked very hard to deliver exactly what my wife and I desired in our new Ford Explorer. They were extremely competitive on the pricing and the customer service overall was excellent. We had some issue with the Sync system and my wife's phone and the service staff, including the general manager of the dealership went out of their way to correct the issue. I would very much recommend this dealership to any friend or neighbor looking for a new or used car. Our experience was a very pleasant one! More

I met Don in February 2012 and was considering an Edge. I have never met another salesman like him. He is the perfect salesman in my eyes!! Do to employment or the lack there of, I bought used.
