It took a couple of weeks to find a car and then another week before I could pick it up. Due to this it would have been nice to have been offered something extra, like free Sirius radio for a year. Michael Berg did an excellent job of servicing me and getting the new 2013 Ford Escape I ordered. I used the USAA Buying service for the first time. They provided me a certificate to take into your deal getting the new 2013 Ford Escape I ordered. I used the USAA Buying service for the first time. They provided me a certificate to take into your dealership as well as two others. Michael looked at the certificate, talked to the manager and within a few minutes came back and advised me we had a deal. Everything promised was provided when I received my new Escape. I did not mind the wait to get the vehicle I ordered. To my surprise, it had a full tank of gas. Another associate provided me a short briefing and helped me with adding my phone to the system. This was the easiest vehicle purchase I can remember. I've owned Chryslers, Hondas, Toyotas, Lexus and Fords in my lifetime. After Ford refused to take the government bailout and started producing great cars compatible if that better than others I decided that I would buy my new vehicle from FORD, buy American and keep our U.S. Citizens working to help as a thank you! I recently purchased a new F-150 from Chris DeFord and just had my first oil change. I have worked with the service department through my work and always received exceptional service and everyone I worked just had my first oil change. Very fast service. Friendly and accomodating staff. I called to see if I could get an oil change and a tire fixed. I was able to get right in. My coworker and I went to lunch thinking I would pick my c called to see if I could get an oil change and a tire fixed. I was able to get right in. My coworker and I went to lunch thinking I would pick my car up after work that day but, I received just as we finished lunch that my car was ready! WOW, no arranging a ride later the car was ready. I drove the car to Florida the next day and I am enjoying a worry fee vacation. Thank you! More

The buying experience started with Don Thompson. Absolutely no pressure and professionally handled all my questions in the initial discussion. Once the decision was made to purchase, the communication from Don was responsive and informative. One thing to note - I did the entire purchase over the internet via email. The truck was placed on order and in the interim, Don was promoted and Michael Berg took over the sale. Michael was professional and communicative as well. Again, all correspondence was done via email. The technical ability to sent forms and information via PDF files was very helpful. No pressure throughout the entire process. I had a very small window to be able to pick up the truck (1 morning). The truck and all documents were prepared in advance and the entire time in the dealership was less than 30 minutes. This was greatly appreciated. I can't guarantee that my future purchases will all be Ford vehicles, but I can say that if I am buying a Ford, it will be at this dealership. More
We wanted to see if we could trade in my wifes Fiesta for a Focus. I didn't expect to have many options since we had only had the Fiesta for a year. We just found that it was a bit too small the longer we a Focus. I didn't expect to have many options since we had only had the Fiesta for a year. We just found that it was a bit too small the longer we had it even though our original intent was to just use it for my wife to get to work. Reggie (Salesman), Ben (General Manager), and others at the dealership worked to get us into a very, very nice Focus that was the exact color, body style, and equipment package, that we wanted. They did not try to over-sell us other things we did not need, and were very good to us. As an example, I mentioned Ben Weir above. He is the General Manager of the dealership, and the reason I know his name is because he emailed me personally when we needed help finding the car we wanted, and was quick to respond to any questions we had. He could have easily passed it off, but did not, and that really makes a difference. We love our Ford vehicles, but are always hesitant when it comes to dealerships, but for our first visit having just moved to Indy, they definitely won us over and we will be back soon when it is time to trade in our Explorer.
