Adam was good with the e-mails, but when it came to in person, he was not able to help me We had another salesman who helped very much and got the car deal done. When I picked up the car, i was not shown any of the features. I still don't know where some things are The manual hasn't been of big help. I guess I have the main things. The man that setup the incar phone was good, but went way too fast and i had to fumble around to answer the phone and to end the calls. Not everyone is tech smart. About 2-3 weeks after I bought the car, Adam sent me an e-mail, asking if there was anything he could do or questions he could answer so that I would buy a new ford. He did even remember I bought a car from him. I must have made quite an impression on him. No one went over the service things for the car maintenance or show me where the service dept is. I went to Pearson Ford after finding a Flex online I was interested in. Adam Rich was very polite and informative about the Flex. I have visited several dealerships in the past few weeks. I called the service department to get me in to change out my Battery, it was dead and I had to jump start it. they sent me to parts, I was somewhat taken back. I called the quick lane they got me in out my Battery, it was dead and I had to jump start it. they sent me to parts, I was somewhat taken back. I called the quick lane they got me in right away and changed the battery out. I am not impressed with full service at all. all of these scores go to quicklane. The sales department at Pearson Ford worked VERY hard to get me exactly the vehicle I wanted at a price I could afford. I found this 2013 Explorer online the morning of August 9. I chatted with Adam online about the vehicle and then had my husband call him to discuss numbers. I was currently test driving another vehicle from another dealer. I took it back that morning and headed straight to Pearson and drove off the lot that day in my new Explorer! It was a smooth process and Adam did everything he could to get our payments/down payment where we wanted them. Very impressed. Love my new Ford! Thank you! More
We have now purchased a number of cars within our family and all experiences have been great. Don, Ben and Jeff were wonderful to work with. We have been coming to Pearson Ford for years. I have chalked each experience up to maybe a bad day or I was just happy that I was able to get in for an appointment. I have called to schedule (the day prior) and told I can't get in for two days.I work for an airline, I don't have two days to wait. I have limited days that I am home and the rest of the time my truck is at the airport while I an out of town. If you look in our records, you will see that we have consistently reported an issue with our truck....when we step on the gas, the transmission "hiccups" and the truck moves as if we are driving a 5-speed and do not know how. We had the transmission completely rebuilt (our truck is still under warranty) at another Ford dealer. The same issue continues to happen so we researched and it turns out that the problem is a known issue with our year. Scott couldn't have cared less. I would have hoped that the dealer would have been able to inform us of this instead of us informing the dealer. I also have a power outlet that does not work. Scott checked the fuse and it is fine. But in order to diagnose the problem, he had to charge me a fee .... I told him the truck was still under warranty (you should have that on file). And the oil change was $50! That is ridiculous. We will not be coming back to Pearson. More
