Poor communication in terms of time frame Prices are a joke. My truck was in for trans service dropped it off at 9 was told 2 hours later via phone all recalls were done just waiting on the trans servic joke. My truck was in for trans service dropped it off at 9 was told 2 hours later via phone all recalls were done just waiting on the trans service, it was on the rack and be worked on now. An hour later I showed up with it still in the air with nobody working on it. Sat in the waiting room for another hour and a half and still nobody working on it. So i left. Received a call at 430 saying I can pick it up. I was told the recall stuff was done, assuming a trans service shouldn't have been that long is the only reason I came back up there. Wasted a day off work and shuffling plans around for unclear communication! Not to mention the the price is too high. Especially when you probably overcharge Ram for the recall work. Which if it was done when your service person call to ask me if I wanted to pay for a 50 dollar air filter change, then the tranny service should not have taken that long. If you put the mechanic on it to completion. 50 bucks for a air filter change, LOL ... you should do it for free, for how much you bend your customers over. More

Everyone there, from the service people to the mechanics to the cashier were very polite, courteous, and knowledgeable! This dealership service department is junk. They did work on my car and did half xxx work. They said they fixed my problem but instead they cut wires to hide the actual problem to trick the com They did work on my car and did half xxx work. They said they fixed my problem but instead they cut wires to hide the actual problem to trick the computer that it was fixed. Now they refuse to take my vehicle in for service. This would be the 3rd time for the same thing. I would highly recommend not bringing your car there for service or even buying anything from there. Service told me what they said they fixed but another dealer ship beg to defer. Dodge has been called and legal. Do not buy or bring anything to this dealer. They don't care about there customers. All they care about is turn over and making money. More
