Great service I bought a vehicle on 12/27/19. I discovered a a problem on New Years eve and called to see if they could take care of it and was told to come in. Whe I bought a vehicle on 12/27/19. When I arrived and checked in they said they were really swamped but would squeeze me in but that it would probably be quite a while. I sat in the nice waiting area and called my wife to let her know it would be a while. I was actually in and out in less than an hour with the problem resolved! More

Oil change After getting the oil change and going down the road noticed they didn’t put a sticker in the window or reset the oil life. Went back the guy stated i After getting the oil change and going down the road noticed they didn’t put a sticker in the window or reset the oil life. Went back the guy stated it was no big deal. Put a sticker in the window and told us to turn the engine off and hit reset. It still won’t reset. I chose this dealer because it’s closer to home than Bozak. But I felt that they don’t want to deal with me because I bought my Jeep at Bozak and not Pearl. It’s Not a good feeling to have. Won’t be back. I will be taking my business elsewhere. More
