Cherokkee Service and Oil Change I brought my 2014 Jeep Cherokee in for its first oil change. While there the crew handled to TSB issues. They asked if I had the time to get it done a I brought my 2014 Jeep Cherokee in for its first oil change. While there the crew handled to TSB issues. They asked if I had the time to get it done at the same time the oil was changed and that it would take approximately three hours. They were up-front and handled everything to my satisfaction. Well done for my first experience. More

I purchased a used car from Pearl and my salesman was great! He was easy to talk to and was very helpful in getting the items that I requested to be included in the sale. I had worked out a pre-approve great! He was easy to talk to and was very helpful in getting the items that I requested to be included in the sale. I had worked out a pre-approved loan with one of the banks and the financing department was actually able to find a better rate for me. My only disappointment was in the customer service department manager and service department manager when I went in to pick up a cargo cover that had been ordered, as they were too busy to install it for me and as a senior citizen, no one offered to help carry out the awkward package that it came in. Fortunately for me, one of the other salesman saw me struggling with the package was nice enough to help me out with it and actually took the 10 minutes to install the cargo cover, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, my experience was good and I will take advantage of the free oil changes in the future that was part of the purchase deal. More
