Used truck purchase I knew I wanted a truck, and had been looking for over two years. I had a particular make and model in mind, and even visited several dealerships, but I knew I wanted a truck, and had been looking for over two years. I had a particular make and model in mind, and even visited several dealerships, but never found exactly what I felt comfortable with. When Corey switched careers suddenly to be a car salesman, I already knew the traits he possessed such as his character, his knowledge of cars, and trustworthiness would be helpful not only for him in the new job, but for me in my search. We had gone back and forth a few times on some ideas and possibilities when my old car finally died. But the timing was perfect. A week or so later, Corey gave me a call in the morning and said a used Ram 1500 was being offered for a fair price, and it fit most of my preferences. He then drove it out to my house (since I didn't have a car!) and I was blown away... This 2010 looked brand new! The test drive went smooth as silk, and we agreed on a price. By that evening back at Lessord, Corey had all the paperwork done, the truck had a final once-over and clean up, and I was a proud new truck owner driving it home! For just the new guy at the dealership, Corey seemed like he had done this forever. Not pushy, very professional and friendly. To turn the vehicle around in less than a day was very surprising. That meant a lot. And I love the truck... had I bought the type of truck earlier envisioned, it would not have been able to do what I've already tasked the Ram 1500 to do. Wonderful Experience! After looking for a RAM on Cars.com, we found the vehicle we had been looking for at Lessord's. The pictures and video were outstanding and were a bi After looking for a RAM on Cars.com, we found the vehicle we had been looking for at Lessord's. The pictures and video were outstanding and were a big part in our decision to pursue this vehicle. We sent an e-mail on a Saturday evening regarding the RAM ... long after closing hours. Within minutes we had a response from Corey Lee! We decided to take a ride on Sunday ... we are from Rochester, NY .... to make sure the pictures were not "doctored" in any way. They weren't. The vehicle was exactly as shown. Now really excited finally finding what we were looking for, we sent another e-mail that Sunday to set up an appointment knowing we would probably get an answer on Monday. Not so ... imagine our surprise being able to correspond on a Sunday. Corey answered our questions, and we set up an appointment to see him on Tuesday. Corey spent a lot of time with us. We found him to be most knowledgeable and down-to-earth and extremely easy to talk to. Even though the dealership was very busy that day, Corey made us feel like the only customers that mattered to him. We bought that vehicle and are extremely happy with it and feel we got a great deal ... it is just what we were looking months for! We picked up our truck on Wednesday, the day of a big Chrysler promotion. Lessord's was very, very busy, but Corey was ready and waiting for us. We went over everything with us, even setting up our cell phones in the RAM! Again, we felt very special and valued. We have purchased many vehicles in our lifetime but have never been taken to the Service Department to meet the personnel, nor to the Parts Department to get our questions answered immediately. How refreshing! Corey accompanied us throughout this process, never leaving us to find our way around. We would definitely purchase another vehicle from Lessord's.
